Spicy Glazed Shrimp & Green Beans
Ideal for a quick and light dinner that takes less than 30 minutes including prep, cook, and cleaning time.

Gochujang Shrimp and Green Beans

Ingredients:
1/2 cup (8 tablespoons) gochujang paste
2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoon unseasoned rice vinegar
2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
pinch of kosher salt (if using regular soy sauce, skip the salt)
Bake temp: broil
Bake time: 5-8 minutes, or until shrimp are done and green beans are slightly charred in places
